Lychee is a fruit that grows in abundance in India. It makes it appearance in the hottest part of the season. It would be a disaster if fruits like Lychees and Mangoes were not to be found in India in the summer months. They make the summer tolerable and give it plesant memories full of sweet, delicate flavors accompanied by and overwheleming pop of sweetness. So here is Summer.
